The service is intended for personal use only and is not transferable. No part of the service may be reproduced, displayed in public, broadcast or used for any other purpose. You must be over 18 years of age to subscribe to Verifybet.com.

1. Rules
All plays submitted to VB must be the exact plays that you submit to your clients. If we find out that you are releasing selections to your clients that are in direct conflict with the plays here at VB we reserve the right to revoke your membership without notice. The VB is a true monitor. This is not a contest.

2. Currency
The virtual currency is UNITS. Participants will be tracked at VB based on units only.

3. Action
Sports Services will be able to submit an unlimited amount of plays each day as long as the plays submitted are the identical plays that are submitted to each service’s respective clients on websites, blogs / newsletters.

4. Best bets
VB will have the option of selecting the Best bets.
These can be displayed on Bettingadvice.com, Betportfolio.com and affiliate websites.

5. Deleting bets
Once a play is submitted to VB (and not edited within 5 minutes in the pending bets section), it cannot be changed and/or deleted under any circumstances so please be very careful when making your selections.
VB will certify selections each day.

6. Odds
VB tracks odds from bookmakers in our database. Odds cheating and other fraud will be tracked. These bets will ABSOLUTELY NOT COUNT!
VB can revoke your membership and put your website on VB's black list if such warnings are issued several times.

7. Live bets
All plays must be submitted 1 hour before the event starts. Real time bets are not available.

8. Pending bets
Pending bets are available to punters after contacting the tipster. Tipsters have the possibilty to create punters logins&passwords for the pending bets section. Each user agrees to take appropriate measures to protect his/her password, It is in the best interest of the member to guard his or her password and account ID from any unauthorized usage.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OUR WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF OUR MONITOR IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, VB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW

9. Refund Policy/Disqualifications
Once a service has sent in their entry fee and begins to submit plays to VB, there are no refunds. In addition, once a service is registered and submitting plays, they are not able to withdraw their service from the VB site. This is to ensure integrity and credibility within the monitor. Services who are off to a slow start cannot just vanish from the site due to a poor record; they must stick it out for the season and continue to submit plays to VB just like everyone else, otherwise, everyone with a bad record will want to withdraw from the service. Despite our best efforts to make you aware of our rules, some of you may still, for whatever reason, decide to stop submitting plays. In the event that we are made a aware that you have stopped submitting plays to VB while you continue to submit plays to your paying subscribers, you will have a DISQUALIFIED next to your name on the profile for all the members and visitors of the site to see. There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for any reason.

10. Bad Odds/Stake/Event & other entry Errors
Please Note: We are NOT responsible for bad submitted bets. We will however give you the opportunity to KEEP your bet if you send a message (info.verifybet@gmail.com) regarding an error made by you by submitting a new bet.

11. You must use the VB website to submit all of your selections.
If for any reason, the software is not functioning or the server is down, please submit all of your plays via e-mail to info.verifybet@gmail.com, support@betportfolio.com or bettingadvice@bettingadvice.com. Please ONLY submit games via E-MAIL or phone in the case of a technical emergency. Please note that any service who emails ANY plays after the games have started: those games will ABSOLUTELY NOT COUNT! We must maintain credibility and integrity. The ONLY thing that will make your plays count is a time stamped email or voice mail PRIOR to the start of ANY and ALL games.
